Commentary: "Hello there, this is a Rodney Street fish bar and this is Douglas whose been making people suppers here for the last ten years. Douglas, would you say there's much variety in the food you prepare here?"
"No, it's all much the same."
"Douglas, this is '30-Minute Suppers' by award-winning food writer Nigel Slater, and its free with the Observer this Sunday. Shall we see what you can make from it?"
"Ay, I'll give it a go."
