a. Shows a women talking to a worker (Douglas) in a [Scottish] fish bar and introducing him to Rick Stein's 'Fresh From The Sea' book. In response to the suggestion the book could harm business for the fish bar, Douglas takes a plated fish and chips from the counter and places a ring of pineapple on top of the battered fish, patting it with his hand.

Commentary: "Hello there, this is a Rick Stein's 'Fresh From The Sea'. It endeavours to give the public new and inventive ways of preparing fish, and its free in The Observer this Sunday. Douglas, clearly this could damage your business, have you taken any action?"
"Ay, I've had a few ideas... It's all in the presentation."
