Shows three different children practicing their debating skills in turn; the first is pacing his bedroom, the second re-reading a script on the bus and the third arguing with her father over breakfast. It ends with a the tagline: "Observer: a different set of values, a different kind of paper" followed by a closing clip of the first child.

Commentary: "For years, the Observer has been sponsoring debating competitions in schools and colleges. In a world of propaganda and manipulation, we believe our best defence is a thinking, articulate younger generation. The Observer: a different set of values, a different kind of paper."
