| Description | Shows Lennox-Boyd holding a sheet of paper reading: "Not guilty need not mean innocent - Chairman of London Sessions." Behind him, a spade is dug into the ground and "Hola Camp Deaths" is written above it. During the Hola Camp massacre, in Hola, Kenya, 200 guards beat 85 prisoners for 3-4 hours. 11 were killed and around 60 were seriously injured. Alan Lennox-Boyd was the Secretary of State for the Colonies during this time. |
