Description | Notebook, written mostly in longhand with some shorthand, containing notes on: an IPI [possibly International Press Institute] course; the ad-hoc commission, chaired by Jomo Kenyatta, set up at the third extraordinary meeting of the OAU to discuss the political situation in the Republic of the Congo; Milton Obote; Nyerere thanking Nigerian peace keeping troops in Tanzania; tand he government and civil servants pay in Malawi.
Names featured include: JK [Jomo Kenyatta], [Moïse] Tshombe, [Kojo] Botsio, [Milton] Obote, Julius Nyerere, [Hastings] Banda and TM Skinner.
