Description | Shows a head with two long fangs that look a little like tusks, one of which is piercing what looks like a large sharks fin surrounded by fire, and also a small globe. Article gives and overview of the history of the world and how geological findings can allow us to conclude when previous species of plants and animals became extinct. Discusses how global warming could influence the current geological situation, and perhaps speed up the onset of the 'end of the world', for human beings at least.
