| Description | Signed, numbered minutes of meetings of Guardian Newspapers Limited (from 2006 Guardian News & Media) board of directors from the first meeting on 21 November 1967 to 16 December 2008. Very few papers referred to are bound with the minutes, but where they are this is recorded.
The minutes are typescript with very few manuscript annotations. Each page is initialled by the chair of the meeting and the final page of each meeting is signed and dated. Also includes loose letters of resignation of directors within the pages of the volumes. |
