DescriptionRoy Harris Jenkins is shown kneeling beside a blanket labelled 'Top Secret', under which four pairs of legs can be seen sticking out. Next to these figures rests an umbrella and a bag labelled 'IMF' [International Monetary Fund]. To the right, a naked man stands covering himself up by standing inside a barrel. Harris looks towards this man with his arm outstretched, demanding he hand over this final possession as he speaks the words of the title: "What's it matter what it's for? Give!"
