DescriptionA black man is shown kneeling with a table balanced on his lower back, on which an extravagant meal rests. Seated on the back of this man's heels is Ian Smith, who holds cutlery and prepares to enjoy the feast. A bone, apple core and half-eaten piece of food meanwhile sit on a plate in front of the black man, who looks at it with disgust. Smith is looking towards this in the cartoon, commenting that if this person will not eat his scraps he will just have to starve instead. Alec Douglas-Home, depicted as a butler to Ian Smith, is shown overlooking this scene with a concerned expression on his face.
