DescriptionA five panel cartoon depicting Harold Wilson. In the first panel, Wilson kneels over some writing that says 'Bua - Boac'. By the next panel, Wilson has stopped working and sits with his arms crossed. Now, there is a second figure holding some chalk offering his own contribution to the work. Boac has been crossed out and this message now reads 'Bua - Caledonian'. The third panels sees this figure continue to make changes as Wilson still sits there. Caledonian is crossed out and replaced with 'Bua - Laker'. The fourth panel then replaces Laker with 'Bua - Laker Channel', as Wilson sits there with his hand on his head continuing to observe. The fifth and final panel sees the disappearance of this anonymous figure. Everything which had previously been crossed out is erased the message now neatly reads 'Bua - Laker Channel'. Wilson proudly stands next to it. He has removed his hat and placed it on the floor to invite donations, alongide a message to the public which says 'All my own work'.
