DescriptionPiece consists of a 4-panel cartoon. In the first three panels a man with glasses [in a lab coat] and a moustache angrily writes a letter which reads "To the editor, Dear sir... Let those boffins leave creation to our creater... and dedicate their efforts to the living of this proud nation". The final panel shows the same man mailing the letter outside of a fenced complex. There is a sign on the barbed wire fence which read "Keep out! Porton Down!".

Background information: Porton Down was a military science complex in the post-war period investigating defensive nerve-agent based capabilities. Porton Down was often the subject of accusations of unethical human experimentation.
