Description | There are three parts to this cartoon. In the first part Margaret Thatcher is standing on a dock next to a float that says 'MORE CASH' and she is looking away from the sea where there is a boat labelled 'NHS' with one person calling for help and another person using a bucket to throw water out of the boat. In the second part Margaret Thatcher has turned to look in the direction of the boat and is holding her hand out for a saw. The boat is now sinking, with both people falling into the sea calling for help. In the third part, Margaret Thatcher has used the saw to cut off the part of the float that says 'CASH' and has thrown it into the sea at the boat, which has now sunk, leaving the two people fully in the water. |
