DescriptionGeoffrey Howe and another [Tory MP], depicted as birds, have dropped an egg from a tree, which has been labelled 'BRITISH INDUSTRIAL RECOVERY'. Next to them is another bird, which has 'TAXPAYER' across its stomach. It is being scolded by Margaret Thatcher, also depicted as a bird, whilst she holds a book titled 'Professor Friedman's Guide to Economy Rearing'. In the top left corner are 3 other birds, watching on in dismay as the egg falls to the ground.
