| Description | Depicts Nigel Lawson as a plane flying over a giant basin overlooking a town labelled as 'Welfare State.' The basin has labels all over it including 'NHS', 'Education', 'Housing', 'Nationalized Industries', 'Social Security', 'Etc.'. Lawson dropped a bomb, that is bouncing off the water within the basin. The first time it bounces there are the words '£1 billion cuts', the second time it bounces there are the words '£5 billion cuts'. People in the town are looking up running away, a little building on the side of the basin labelled 'Cabinet' is watching wide-eyed and Margaret Thatcher is off to the side on a hill with binoculars watching happily, saying "Isn't our boffin Lawson wonderful? His bouncing bomb is just the incentive this country needs to get off its backside and scale new heights!" |
