| Description | Depicts Margaret Thatcher sitting on an elevated director's chair labelled 'No. 10 Productions' with a megaphone in hand. Below her sits the 'cabinet', dressed in gladiator costumes, on hollywood style chairs with stars on the back. The 'cabinet' includes Geoffrey Howe, Nigel Lawson, who is reading a 'script', [William Whitelaw], [Kenneth Baker], and [Douglas Hurd]. [Norman Fowler] sits on a chair behind the 'cabinet' in a gladiator costume looking disgruntled and reading a script. [Norman Tebbit] is running off stage carrying a 'Make-Up' bag. A small boy is carrying a clapperboard which reads 'The 3rd Victory Take 10'. An anonymous group of 'Junior Ministers' holding spears are depicted walking offstage, while in the background of the opposite side a large group of other anonymous figures also holding spears are crowded together. In the bottom left of the picture a group of four people are watching on the sidelines. |
