Description | Depicts Norman Fowler setting off a guillotine which will chop the head off a man labelled 'public opposition'. The guillotine has the words 'privatisation' written on it. Margaret Thatcher is watching on with delight. Thatcher, Fowler and the guillotine are all on an island surrounded by water and flooded houses, the water is labelled rising prices. On the left, a man in 19th/18th century military uniform is sitting on a tap which has water coming out of it into the lake of 'rising prices'. The man has a cigar in his mouth and is clapping. |
