DescriptionThis cartoon illustrates Margaret Thatcher's ambitions to rid the country of football hooliganism by removing the passports of hooligans. Thatcher is holding a giant cross with the word isolation on it and a footballer is attached to the cross. [Douglas Hurd] is holding a book called "THE HOLY PASSPORT" and is shouting "EVIL SPIRITS BE GONE!" and is pointing at a building labelled "FOOTBALL HOUSE" with items surrounding it which include: 2 beer cans, 1 lager bottle, 1 lager can, a knife, a British flag, a cosh, a chain, a broke bottle, and a dart. A crowd looks on with awe.
