DescriptionAn old lady sits in a hospital bed under a duvet with 'Mother of Parliaments' labelled on top. She is being spoon fed medicine labelled 'toxic' by Margaret Thatcher. A visitor with a camera for a head, holding a bunch of flowers at the door to the right; is greeted with "Yippee! Someone to listen to me"! by the old lady, swiftly followed with "Clear off, you - she wants to be alone"! by Thatcher. T

Context: Thatcher voted against the experimental televising of Parliament, saying she feared the reputation of the House would suffer. Others suspected that she was scared of how her Question Time appearances would translate to the small screen.
