DescriptionEdward Heath, holding a flaming torch, is shown navigating a narrow pathway around the side of a cliff. In this cartoon, however, he is about to fall off as a result of two large gusts of wind caused by two human faces emerging from the clouds. These faces are those of Richard Nixon and Leonid Ilyich Brezhnev, who have now halted Heath's progress to instead bring his imminent fall down the cliffs.
