DescriptionOn a London bridge, with Big Ben in the background, hangs a huge banner saying "The Great Haroldini". Harold Wilson stands on the edge of the bridge, smoking his pipe and looking supremely unconcerned, despite being padlocked into stocks and having a canon ball chained around his ankle. Ted Heath is just behind him offering another canon ball labelled Bridgwater and saying "Say when!" On the river into which Wilson must jump is written "Election" and two Labour politicians [possibly Roy Jenkins and Barbara Castle] look on worriedly from a rowing boat.
