Description | The cartoon depicts a group of black people holding broom sticks looking at Alec-Douglas Home, dressed as a witch, holding a book entitled 'Beginner's Guide to Black Magic'. In between them is a group of [lizards] labelled 'commission on racial discrimination' and a [pumpkin] with '£50 million education aid' written on it. In the bottom right hand corner is a group of men crouched behind a bush, holding an alarm clock. In the background is a castle on a hill labelled 'government'.
