DescriptionA man inside of a television, with Ulster written on his leg, has a tear falling from his eye as he is about to be cut in half by a woman wearing headphones, wielding a saw with the word 'debate' written on it. On the left and right-hand sides men are filming the proceedings on BBC cameras. The sign in the bottom right hand corner reads 'Beeb the Mystico! See the wounds! Marvel at the anguish! Fret over how it all ended!'

[News 5 January 1972: Lord Hill of Luton, chairman of the BBC, said that the television 'tribunal' on Ulster would be screened despite a warning to him from the Home Secretary that it 'could do serious harm'. The BBC's announcement explained the 'inquiry format has been chosen because it permits proper scrutiny of the widest possible range of partisan opinions within a balanced framework which is nevertheless neutral towards violence and disorder.'
