Description	Two copies of a colour advert with sound promoting the serialisation of the Roux brothers' 'French Country Cooking' in The Observer: a. The advert shows Albert and Michel Roux sitting in a garden and then eating with their mother. The commentary is read in a male voiceover while Madame Roux speaks in French with English subtitles, instructing her sons to wash their hands, and commenting that 'their' book is full of her ideas. It finishes with a shot of the newspaper and supplements lying on a bench and the (unspoken) tagline: "Part one this Sunday." Commentary: "When the Roux brothers go on holiday there's only one person they choose to cook for them, because only their mother knows more about French country cooking than they do That's why 'French Country Cooking' - the latest book by the Roux brothers - owes more than a little to the Roux mother!
