a. The advert begins with the flashing strap line: 'The Observer. Saturday 22nd (Tonight)'. Shows Paul, a worker in The Observer's print plant discussing the upcoming inflatable egg cups giveaway.
Commentary: "Hello again. Hppe you've had a nice Saturday because I've been busy here. Last night, these ironic, but highly desirable egg cups hadn't even been packed into the paper. But as you can see theyv'e been inserted nowm, and as we speak are being loaded onto big lorries. From there, they'll be driven to various dispatch points around the country, and should be at your local newsagents by about six-thirty tomorrow morning. Cue caption."
The advert ends with Paul looking at an inflatable egg cup he is holding with a spinning on-screen graphic of an inflatable egg cup in the lower left hand corner and the following strap line: 'Free this Sunday with The Observer. This week: £1 (crossed through) 50p.'
