Description | Notebook, written mostly in shorthand, containing notes on the 21st Session of the United Nations General Assembly including: the appointment of secretary General of the UN; economic sanctions on Southern Rhodesia; the Vietnam war; decolonisation of Gibraltar; and a UN presence in SWA (South West Africa). The book also contains notes on a rebellion in Nicaragua [nd, circa late 1966 - early 1967]; the ECLA [Economic Commission for Latin America]; the economy in Brazil; tobacco in Canada; and the economy in Jamaica.
