The book also contains notes on a rebellion in Nicaragua [nd, circa late 1966 - early 1967]; the ECLA [Economic Commission for Latin America]; the economy in Brazil; tobacco in Canada; and the economy in Jamaica.

Names featured include: U Thant, [Abdul Rahman] Pashwak, [Arthur] Goldberg, [Hugh Foot, Baron] Caradon, George Brown, Ian Smith, [Apollo] Kironde, [George] Ignatieff, Simon Kapwepwe, Robert Gardner and [Costa e Silva].

Transcribed by Lauraine Newcombe in 2021 as part of the Clyde Sanger shorthand transcription project with funding from The National Archives 'Collaborate and Innovate Testbed Fund. The pdf transcription document also contains a digitised copy of the notebook.
