Admin History | In 1984, Gemini News Service introduced a three year science features project, with the aim of expanding the coverage of science related news and establishing and training a network of science writers in developing countries. The project was supported by the International Development Research Centre in Canada. To increase the flow of science related news Gemini paid increased rates for science related articles and provided editorial feedback and training via correspondence to 35 science correspondents in developing countries. |
